By tracking pit falls and recording them, it enables us to better manage the consistency of service we provide. BCS specializes in meticulous cleaning environments. We train and retrain all lead cleaners, supervisors and area managers. We go to great lengths to ensure outstanding custom communications.

Regular Site Inspections

We do not depend on our clients to monitor our services. Every facility receives an inspection from one of our Quality Control Managers. A written report along with digital pictures identifies to the Property Managers areas requiring improvement and records for future tracking.

Emergency Hotline

We maintain a telephone hotline for prompt response in special situations and emergencies. In case of emergency at your facility, our personnel will contact the person you have designated and follow the emergency procedures prescribed for your building.
